This is a great, short walk only 15 minutes drive from the house, where you start just outside the village Bagnols En Foret. Just before the small bridge before you get to the village, there is a good place to park your car just where the trail begins:

The trail follows along the stream (dry in summer) through the trees, you cross the stream on two occasions. It is a nice walk even in summer, because the intense green vegetation creates a tunnel protecting you from the sun
After about 1 mile (20-25 minute walk) you come to the Waterfall. In early season the waterfall in magnificent, and if you are very brave you can swim in the pool below.
Lunch in Bagnols-en-Foret
This walk is located very close to the town centre of the beautiful little town-in-the-forest village called Bagnols-en-Foret. So why not combine this walk with lunch at Le Bistrot – an excellent cafe/resturant located in the middle of the town square. You get nice Kodak – moment views of the village driving up to it:
