Fine dining (Michelin)

There are several excellent Michelin restaurants within a short drive from the house in La Bouverie. Below you will find a description of our favorites, including information on how to get the best “deals”. Our favorite option is to book a lunch menu which is typically only on weekdays from Hostellerie Les Gorges de Pennafort or Le Relais Des Moines. This is normally exceptional value, and sometimes it even includes a “driver friendly” glass of wine or two. You normally get 6 – 8 servings for lunch (!!). See also our recommendation page for “normal” restaurants and take-away options.

There are also a number of restaurants which are defined by the Michelin guide as “Bib Gourmand” which typically are less expensive than the restaurants listed above, but provides exceptional value for money. Here is a listing of some of these “Bib Gourmand” restaurants and other fine dining options near the house. Cheaper then the restaurants listed above, but still much better than the average “normal” restaurant
