La Bouverie
The house is located in a residental area in the small provential town La Bouverie, where all of the neighbouring houses are owned by french families. It is not a typical mass tourist area but a regular french neighbourhood, so if you plan to strike up a conversation with the locals you may need to brush up on your french, because the knowledge of foreign languages is limited. The house is located the centre of La Bouverie, so you have everything you need within a short walking distance.
Start the day by walking over to the local ‘boulangerie’, where you can get freshly baked bread, baguettes and croissants every morning. Have lunch at one of the nearby cafes. Visit the local butcher to find some great meat and sausages for the evening barbeque.
Walk over to the famous vineyard ‘Domain de la bouverie’ where you can taste and buy AOC award winning wines and visit their local shop at the site.
A recommended small activity is to drive (3 min) or walk up (30 min) to the magnificent Gorges du Blavet which is a mini ‘Grand Canyon’ with magnificent views. This video is made by the house owner (Thomas) on one of his many small walks into the beautiful nature surrounding the house:

Roquebrune-Sur-Argens

Sandy Beaches
The coast and the beaches of St Aygulf, les Issambres, Agay, St Raphaël and Fréjus are only 20 minutes away.

The agency handing the rental of the house is also within walking distance from the house, which makes it very easy to get assistance if you have any questions during your stay.
