Villa Soleil

Located in the centre of the village, at the end of a private street with no traffic, and only 2 min walk to “everything”: Start the day by walking over to the local bakery, where you get freshly baked baguettes & croissants. Eat lunch at the cafe aross the road, visit the butcher for that special barbeque. Supermarket, pharmacy, pizza take-away all within a short 2 minute stroll…

We did not want a house where we had to walk far from the house to a seperate pool area. Here you just walk out one of the veranda doors, and the sunlounging area and pool is right there at your fingertips. No fences or walking to a separate area. Complete integration of the pool, garden and house…

A nice barbeque area is extremely important for us. Luckily, VillaSoleil has the  perfect barbeque area! With direct entrance from the kitchen, it is a nice ‘pergola’ area providing good shade from the sun, and equipped with a high quality Weber grill and an extendable table seating 6 – 10 persons

The pool is a favorite with lots of pool toys! There is also play area in front of the garden, and playgrounds nearby. Our children play petanque right next to the house at ‘Open Bar’ and buy drinks and ice-cream while playing. Indoors the PS4 gaming room is a winner. And check out all the fun activities less than 10 minutes from the house!

We often have friends and families with children visiting us. And with two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and two double bedrooms on the first floor the house provides each family with full privacy since each family stay on separate floors with their own bathrooms  / shower rooms.

It was important for us to find a modern house true to the traditional classic Provencal style typical for this area, and VillaSoleil fits this description perfectly. Each room has a unique athmosphere, at the same time as they are part of the a larger whole. As one of our guests commented : The house gives me energy and makes me feel relaxed at the same time!

Many luxury houses in Cote D’Azur belong to a ‘tourist ghetto’ where most or all houses are Holiday homes. VillaSoleil provides a more authentic experience: Located at the end of a quiet dead-end street consisting of 12 houses all owned by French families. This is a real French community where you get to experience the “real Provence”.

We wanted a place where EVERYTHING was a short driving trip away, and VillaSoleil is located in this exact ‘sweet spot’. A “little bit of extra” is important for us so we have equipped the house with everything we can think of: High speed Internet inside/outside, air condition units for all 4 bedrooms, wireless spotify speaker, heating system for the pool, Gaming zone with Playstation 4 in the childrens room (Fortnite and other popular games installed), TV’s on both floors, an 2’nd extra refrigerator in the garage to keep drinks ice cold,  a House IPAD with a Netflix account where you just Chromecast your TV series to the TV,  Weber grill (3 burners + side burner), Home office with laptop, printer, pool toys, beach-kit incl. sun umbrellas and sunchairs,high quality children’s bed, MacLaren push chair, etc etc…
