From the living room you there is a double veranda door leading directly out to the private garden and pool area. There are also doors out to the garden from the kitchen and from the small living room where the sofa bed is located.
The garden is one of the crown jewels of this house. It was created by the previous owners, both landscape architects, who created a perfect place of tranquillity and harmony.
In the garden you will find a huge palm tree, an olive tree, the heated swimming pool, and muscatel wine grapes. The garden is south facing with excellent access to the sun. There are no houses located in the front of the garden, so the garden feels open with good views.
Barbeque area
The outdoor barbeque area has an extendable table seating up to 10 persons. It is located in the shade with climbing plants and wine grapes creating the perfect atmosphere for that special evening barbeque. The grill area is fitted with a high quality Weber grill with three burners and an additional side burner. Use of Gas included in the rental price.
