Rucher de la Bouverie

This beautiful little beekeepers honey shop is located only a short 10 -15 minutes walk from the house. It is a very nice walk through the vinyards. With the current beekeper Francois Laponce, this family from La Bouverie is now in it’s 4th generation of beekeepers. In the middle of the vinyard fields of Domaine de la Bouverie, you find their amazing little beekeeper shop : Rucher de la Bouverie. Here is a link to their website. PS: Our favorite honey is the Lavender honey, where the bees have been feeding on only Lavender. The honey is almost white, and tastes like heaven (I normally don’t even like honey, but this is something completely different from your regular supermarket honey).

Our favorite is the almost white lavender honey, where the bees has been feeding on the lavender fields of Valensole.
