This is a hike of 1.5 hours and suitable with children. You report at the reception at the vinyard – and you will get a map for the two available tours around the estate:
Walk 1: The Tour de Deffenson : This is a very easy walk taking 30 – 40 minutes. Flat.
Walk 2: The Summit de Deffenson : This is a slightly more challenging walk, steep at times, 45 min – 1 hour, providing panoramic views of the landscapes.
The walks on the estate is free for groups less than 10 persons, for larger groups it costs 1.5 Euro including a taste of the wine from the estate – not a bad deal at all…
We recommend to visit the vinyard shop, and maybe bring back a bottle or two of the high quality wine produced here ?
